The Samajam " Mainz Wiesbaden Indian Association e.V " was established on the 29 th of October 1995 and the first General Body Meeting of the Association was held at St.Vincent`s Hospital School Hall.This Meeting was meant to discuss the various activites of the Association and to elect the first Office Bearers.
Mr.Gheeverghese Pappen was the first President of the Samajam.Mr.Mathai Kunjukutty was the Vice President and Mr. Joy Chundamannil was the secretary of the Samajam.
Presently it has over 50 members of the Samajam.The Samajam is very active in organising Onam,Easter and Christmas Celebrations.
